Welcome to PC Peptides. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully, as they govern your access to and use of the PC Peptides website, services, and products (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use our Services. By engaging with our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

3. Research-Only Use

All products sold by PC Peptides are strictly intended for laboratory research use only. They are not for human consumption, clinical use, diagnostic purposes, or any therapeutic application.

By purchasing, you agree to use our products in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. PC Peptides reserves the right to cancel any order if we suspect or confirm violation of this policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content found on the PC Peptides platform — including, but not limited to, logos, product names, designs, website copy, and images — is the exclusive intellectual property of PC Peptides and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and proprietary laws.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

5. Orders and Payment

Customers agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing, shipping, and contact information. PC Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected misuse or fraud. 

Purchaser assumes all responsibility for checking the legality of these products in their jurisdiction, and compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

6. Refunds and Returns

7-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery date only if:

  • The product is unopened
  • The original seal is intact
  • The product is in original packaging
  • The product has been properly stored

Opened, tampered, or partially used products are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling
  • Orders returned without authorization
  • Shipping and handling fees

Return Authorization Required

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting customer support.

Returns sent without an RMA will be refused.

Inspection and Processing

Upon receipt, returned products will be inspected. If approved:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

If you received a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and order details
  • Claims made after 48 hour mays not be honored

Due to the sensitive nature of research-use-only peptides, all sales are considered final once products are opened or compromised.

7. Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. PC Peptides is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed, including theft from porches, mailrooms, lockers, or other drop-off locations.

No replacements, refunds, or credits will be issued for such packages.

8. Shipping Damage or Fulfillment Errors

If you receive a shipment with missing, damaged, or incorrect items, you must notify PC Peptides within 48 hours of the delivery date.

All claims must include the following documentation:

  • A continuous unboxing video showing the package being opened

  • Clear photos of the external packaging

  • Clear photos of the contents inside the package

  • Clear photo of the packing slip

Claims missing any of the above will be denied.

9. Resolution Policy

If PC Peptides confirms a fulfillment or shipping error on our part, we may choose to reship the affected item(s). However, cash refunds, store credit, or other compensation are not guaranteed and will not be issued for packages marked as delivered or refused.

10. Chargeback Policy

All chargebacks initiated for delivered, refused, or stolen orders will be formally disputed using delivery confirmation, shipment records, and acceptance of these Terms.

11. Communication Consent

By using our Services, you agree to receive communications from PC Peptides via email, SMS, or other electronic means regarding your orders, updates, support, and optional marketing.

  • Message frequency may vary.

  • You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link.

  • Transactional communications (order receipts, shipping updates, etc.) may continue as required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PC Peptides is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products, including but not limited to misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized application.

13. Modifications to Terms

PC Peptides reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
